This picture was taken just seconds after Colin's Papa agreed to install an in-ground pool equipped with a diving board and a slide......Look for Colin to throw some serious pool parties in 2007......

Colin Charles
8/31/06-9/21/08. Colin was born with a heart defect - Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia, VSD, MAPCA's and Pulmonary Hypertension and endured 3 open heart surgeries and multiple cardiac catheterizations. Even though Colin was only with us for a little over 2 years he brought us so much joy and we miss him terribly. He is watching over us all....especially his little brother Drew.

Drew came into this world on 1/20/09. We are excited to watch him grow and to share stories with him about his courageous older brother.
While Colin IS Papa's favorite Grandson, when Colin is old enough to ask Papa for anything, he and I will negotiate. Further, never listen to what Colin's Father has to say, I usually ignore him. While it is true that Colin looks like the Domanico's, I have a feeling that Colin has his Papa Al's personality. That means Colin will enjoy SU sports AND Good Music!!
ReplyDeletePapa and Colin spent the day at the hospital yesterday with Mom, Dad, Nana and Grandma. Colin did a great job!! He is looking forward to growing and having some fun with me, Uncle Alex and Uncle Darin.
ReplyDeleteSunday (10/22/06) is Colin's Christening at Sacred Heart Church in Cicero, NY. He is lucky to have two wonderful Godparents- Uncle Brian and Auntie Danielle. Colin can't wait to have some pasta, ice cream and pepsi! Papa told Colin he can have whatever he wants..all he has to do is ask me!
